The staff was a mix of incredibly nice and helpful people alongside others who struggled to understand me, but overall, they were friendly and helpful. The location was fantastic for accessing major attractions with a short walk to Yodoyabashi station, but it was a bit dark and quiet at night. The dining experience offered a tasty Japanese breakfast with a limited continental selection, perfect for taking back to the room. The facilities were great, offering everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
